Spaghetti and Meatballs
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix meatball ingredients gently; form balls.
3. Bake 20 minutes, turning once.
4. Simmer marinara; add meatballs and cook 10 minutes.
5. Boil pasta until al dente; drain.
6. Toss pasta with sauce and meatballs; serve with basil and cheese.
6 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
1 red bell pepper, 1 inch strips
1 yellow bell pepper, 1 inch strips
1 large Spanish onion, 1 inch slices
2 cups of sliced white mushrooms, sliced ¼ inch thick
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of black pepper
½ cup of olive oil
1 Jar of D'renzo Marinara Sauce
1 cup of chicken stock
1.Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2. Season flour with salt and pepper; dredge chicken.
3. Sear chicken until golden; remove and set aside.
4. Sauté peppers, onions, and mushrooms until soft.
5. Return chicken to the pan; add marinara and stock.
6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
7. Serve chicken and toss sauce with pasta. Enjoy!
